The Senate Council, National Association of Kwara State Students NAKSS, in their grand ceremony of the 2020 Parliamentary Week held today 25th November 2020 at the hallowed chamber of the KWHA during a plenary session to honor Right honorable Yakubu Salihu Danladi the Speaker of Kwara State House of Assembly.

Theme: Youth as a tool for nation-building
During the plenary session, the sitting was aimed at commending the immeasurable efforts of the speaker of Kwara House of Assembly Hon Yakubu Salihu Danladi by the Senate President of NAKSS, Sen Sakirudeen Jamiu Adesina, lauded the unflinching effort of the speaker and urged youths to emulate his impactful vision.
Shortly after the session, the award of Excellence was presented to the speaker who was ably represented by the deputy speaker of the house Hon Adetiba Raphael Olarewaju.
While receiving the award on behalf of the speaker, the deputy speaker Hon Raphael Adetiba Olarewaju, commend the students’ kind gesture and urged them to be good ambassadors of kwara wherever they find themselves.
